Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return period is 30 days from the date your order was placed. For specific items that may have a different policy, please check the product page for details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, with all original tags and accessories, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Process
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. If you need to start a return, just reach out to us here, and we’ll guide you through the process.
When you contact us, please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will check this information and confirm if the return is eligible based on our return policy.
Once our team confirms and approves the return, we will send you the next steps. You will then need to send the package to us.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Returns must be sent back within the 30-day window.
- Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
- We do not charge any restocking fees
- To ensure a smooth process, please wait for approval before sending anything back—returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days
Damages & Issues
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to make it right. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@retromedy.com so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Consumables that have been opened (e.g., film rolls, ink cartridges)

Exchanges
We are not able to process direct exchanges. If your order isn’t the right fit, you are welcome to return it for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order for the correct item if needed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We get it—mistakes happen! If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships, we can’t guarantee changes once processing has begun. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to reroute packages in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us for assistance.
