At Retromedy, we're dedicated to ensuring your retro treasures are delivered to you safely and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to provide you with a clear understanding of how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes

  • The shipping times for orders vary with location.

  • Generally, orders take between 7–12 business days to be processed and shipped within the US.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Orders can arrive faster by choosing the Express Shipping method at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, the weight and dimensions of the package, and your selected shipping method.

  • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please Note

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Please allow for potential delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or a high volume of orders during peak seasons.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor your order's progress.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your Retromedy account.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@retromedy.co. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
