At Retromedy, we are committed to ensuring you love every piece you purchase. Our goal is to deliver a premium experience from checkout to unboxing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was placed. For specific items that may have a different policy (e.g., limited edition collections), please refer to the product page for details.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, sellable condition: unworn, unused, with all original Retromedy tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Process
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. If you need to start a return, just reach out to us here, and we’ll guide you through the process.
When you contact us, please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will check this information and confirm if the return is eligible based on our return policy.
Once our team confirms and approves the return, we will send you the next steps. You will then need to send the package to us.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Returns must be sent back within the 30-day window.
- Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- We do not charge any restocking fees
- To ensure a smooth process, please wait for approval before sending anything back, returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We meticulously inspect every item before it is shipped. However, should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are committed to making it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@retromedy.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned to maintain quality and hygiene standards. These include:
- Sale items (Any Items that have Final Price over a slashed Price)
- Gift cards
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Cosmetics, beauty products, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund (in accordance with this policy) and place a new order for your preferred style or size.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update it before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process. Retromedy is unable to reroute or cancel the packages once they have shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@retromedy.com for assistance.
