Processing Timeframes

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Australia

Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and extended delivery times.

For United States:-

  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of $10.00 USD applies to all orders with a total value below $100.00 USD.
  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free Express shipping on all orders with a total value of $100.00 USD or more.
  • The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For Australia:-

  • Express Shipping: A flat fee of $10.00 AUD applies to all orders with a total value below $100.00 AUD.
  • Free Shipping: We are happy to offer free Express shipping on all orders with a total value of $100.00 AUD or more.
  • The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

United States & Australia:

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time: 6-10 business days(Mon-Fri)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7-13 business days(Mon-Fri)

Please Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Please allow for potential delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or a high volume of orders during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Origin: To ensure the most efficient delivery, we utilize multiple fulfillment centers located across the globe (Asia, Europe, Southeast Asia). Your order will be dispatched from the facility closest to your shipping address that has your items in stock.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
